The team at Horizon Dental are absolutely amazing. They listen to all concerns and they provide lots of options to their patients. They are also great with kids, my son actually enjoys going and visiting Dr Whitelaw.I could go on forever about how wonderful they are! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Cindy Nagel, Britney and all the other staff are supportive, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They listen to what the concerns are and have never failed to respond appropriately. I would highly recommend Horizon Dental and actually have referred a couple of friends.

My 10 year old has Autism and Anxiety and Jeanene was great with her. She took things slow, & allowed my daughter to lay with the X-ray vest on her through the cleaning appointment. My kid left feeling so proud of herself when medical appointments typically leave her feeling poorly. Big huge thank you to Horizon Dental.

Dr. Whitelaw is very thorough, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The initial assessment was great. Checked for issues related to teeth, like cavities, but also mouth and jaw issues like cancer. He’ll give you a heads up about what to expect. When measuring the depth of where my gum is attached to my teeth, he told me it’s going to be like poking a bruise. It really was but I was ready for it. Thank you.The dental hygienists are wonderful. I’ve had most of them work my teeth. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They did a stellar job. I was embarrassed about the amount they had to do but I didn’t feel any judgement from them at all. Thank you.

The staff are amazing! They explain needed care in a straightforward way with no judgement. They take patient comfort seriously, and are very supportive. My son loves Dr. Nagel.

Wow, Dr Nagel and her team are amazing! This dental office was actually recommended to me from other parents who have children on the autism spectrum. I see WHY highly they are recommended. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. Dr Nagel is as smart as she is stunning and she is SO good with children. I appreciate how she answers questions and explains things. Even the dental assistant asked if my youngest could get a token for a toy because some of them are small and a choking hazard. I LOVE that! She actually cares about my child's safety and she had the insight to check with me first. (He was fine to get one, however, if he was still in the stage of putting everything in his mouth, it could have ended badly).From the moment you walk in to the second you leave, you feel like a valued customer/patient. I highly recommend this dental office.

We had a great experience at horizon dental. Dr. Doug was fantastic with the kids, especially first time and super hesitant kids! He made them feel safe and he got them involved in the process. They are excited to go back!

Dr. Cindy was wonderful with our 3.5 year old. Such an easy, great experience. She really pumped her up and gave lots of encouragement and compliments. She narrated the whole process and our girl walked out of there feeling so proud!

Dr. Whitelaw got a crown done on my little girl that has bad dental anxiety with absolutely no issues. He was so patient and kind and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. Can not say enough good things!
