Thank you Ami! I have had all my insurance through Ami at Westland for a few years now, and I am continually blown away at the service level received. I just received a message from Ami, during the Christmas holidays to remind me to update my new credit card info so my payments weren’t interrupted. It’s a small thing but during the hustle and bustle of the holidays it’s something I had put off to do “tomorrow”. She had it updated in 2 minutes and wished me a happy holidays. Thank you for your exceptional customer service Ami, Happy Holidays to you!
