Had my taxes done at this location. The gentleman was 30 minutes late for my appointment and took 2 hrs to complete my return while others were in and out in 30 minutes.

This is my second time using H&R Block for my taxes. This year however, was the first year that we had advisor Sarah. To simply put, she was AMAZING! My partner and I both agreed that she was so kind, patient with all of my questions, and most importantly, VERY knowledgable! She knew the answer to all of my questions! I surely hope that H&R Block Head office is aware of this amazing employee and commends her for her amazing work. Thanks for all of your help Sarah! Will be back to see you next year :)

Masks are not worn by the receptionist and some staff. They walk through the whole office with no masks and just a small plexi screen at the front desk that you have to go to the side of anyway to use the pay station. The person who did my return was great though. So maybe wait until after COVID before going to this location. Don't post online that your staff always wear masks but don't take it seriously.

I brought my daughter here today to file her income tax for the first time. Samantha was absolutely amazing. She went thru everything with my daughter who is autistic, step by step what she was doing. She was able to her money we didn't know she could! I would absolutely go back and see Samantha again. She is the best!

Great customer service. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient while I asked multiple questions. I would recommend this location to anyone.Thank you Samantha!!

Scheduled appointment for my wife and I that qualified for their early filing discount, brought in paperwork, was told we could do the drop off option, after filling out all the paperwork we were told they were behind so they wouldn’t be finished before April 1st, and that we wouldn’t qualify for the discount. Annoyed we say, well we may as well keep our appointment then, told they were too busy and that they might be able to squeeze us in 5-6 hours later than our initial appointment. Had to argue to get the time slot we had booked a couple weeks ago. Brutal

John handled my 2 tax returns today.It seemed to be a very hectic day at that office today... short staffed and some clients had to leave and reschedule appointments becuase of the issues happening....With all of this going on, John kept his cool and his attention on my returns.Samantha was also very good, managing the front desk while working on a return at her own desk.I will recommend this place to friends and family

Very friendly ladies working there, Robynn was wonderful to deal with as the first impression of this location, and my tax specialist/ location manager Samantha was amazing as well, she definitely was the right choice for the position as she was ON THE BALL. As someone whose been going to H&R Block, as well as many locations for 10+ years now this was one of my best experiences by far. P.S. The reno is top notch.

I can not believe the experience I've had with this h&r bĺock my tax rep did my taxes for 2017 and didnt include my tuition now this year I have to wait 6 weeks to receive my credit. She told me I was lying about having my T20200A because I didnt my taxes on Fev 20th and they wouldn't have been out yet? 8 days before the dead line really too early Sarah Polin has insured I will never do my taxes with H&R block again and I was a loyal patron for years. I highly recommend against going there. Go to liberty tax they atleast do it right.
