Two days in a row complained you couldn't reach our gate latch which employees for the past 3 years have had no problem doing. Employee came back decided there was dog toys all over my lawn and wouldn't do it when I was home 1 hour before they got here and picked up every toy. I will gladly switch to another company and encourage everyone I come across at my business to do the same in Sylvan Lake.

First year using this company,and the last,worst part is if you do have an issue no one gets back to you in a timely fashion,they do not come out for touch ups in-between your scheduled spray time,that is complete lie,I called as I had dandelions still showing,the man on the phone said ok I will pass it on,a couple of days later still no one had been,so I called again to be told no one will be coming as I was scheduled for a regular spray in a few days,so technically I had a 8 days where I could have got sprayed but I never so every day I had to go out checking my lawn for dandelions,if you could see where I live on a close where the city doesn't keep up with grass cutting you would understand my frustration,also at the beginning of the season I had an issue with the employee not spraying all my grass as I watched her from my window,needless to say the company didn't seem that bothered when someone eventually got around to calling me back,I wouldn't recommend this company

This is our second year using Green Drop and we highly recommend the service. Our lawn looks phenomenal, no weeds on the sidewalk, everything looks great. Our neighbours kept commenting the first summer on how amazing our lawn looked and we definitely agree. The staff are very polite and professional. We have dogs and they always make sure the gates are closed when they leave. No complaints.

Green Drop has provided excellent, timely service for my lawn. Weeds are a thing of the past, and I have never had an issue with any of their services. If you’re looking to improve you lawn at a decent price without all the hassle, Green Drop is an excellent choice.

I got Green Drop for the first time this summer and my lawn has never looked better. There’s a visible difference in color between my neighbour and I’s lawns as well as has killed all our weeds. I would definitely recommend this lawn company to anyone looking to get services done.

I hired them in fall to have our lawn cared for but we found a different company to take care of our lawn this year spring. They came by today to service my lawn even though I did not request for any service.So I called in and a very nice lady over the phone helped me out and she said they accidentally invoiced me and not to worry about it that it would be settled on their end.Great response I didn't even have to 'argue' with anyone and they were kind enough to move on from there so GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with good response time if that's what you're looking for.Unfortunately for my family, we decided to move on with a different company as we had to do our landscaping with them.

I’ve used Green Drop one year about 6 years ago. It seemed to work very well. I decided to have them do one application as the neighboring yards all have dandelions and I just couldn’t seem to get on top of them in my yard. I waited all one day, and finally received a message they couldn’t get there. When I inquired(I wasn’t happy after waiting all day) they said it was too windy, and would come the next Tuesday. They did indeed come about 2:30 pm on the day they said. It’s now Sunday, and I’m cutting my grass, but the dandelions have shriveled, but are very alive underneath. I’m having to dig them out by hand as they are going to seed. I’m not impressed, and wonder what’s changed since using them prior. Also, my lawn has big yellow blotches.I want to add to my review. Green Drop responded to my review, by sending out the technician that originally treated my lawn. Josh is a friendly, informative young man who answered all my concerns. A follow up spray was done today on my remaining weeds, by an equally friendly and conscientious young woman. I’m pleased Green Drop cares enough about customer service to go the extra mile! Thank you, I have already recommended you to my sister and a friend!

They only part of job they were supposed to ,did front of yard but did not spray the city part of yard and didn't go into back yard at all. Still waiting for them 2 do the the path clear and stones besides the garage. The part they did do looks good but would be nic3 if they did the job I discussed with the sales department.

I don't know if they aren't applying their product correctly or it just doesn't work. Our lawn is brown. We water it all the time. Our neighbours lawn is nice and green and he doesn't even take care of it except for the occasional mowing. We have been using Green Drop for a few years with great results but this year our lawn is horrible. I don't think their techs are trained at all. They come in for 2 minutes and barely do anything and they are gone again. We will not be wasting our money on them anymore.Update. We put lots of time and energy trying to get our lawn to come back. It was starting to look good again. Then Green Drop came and did another application. Again we have big brown spots and streaks where they applied their lawn treatment. It looks horrible. You can see exactly where they sprayed because of the brown streaks. Green Drop burnt our lawn again. The manager was working on trying to get it fixed but it did not help. I asked them not to come back anymore. They are destroying our lawn. I will buy bags of fertilizer from now on and do it myself.

The call centre is in Winnipeg. The message you leave with them does not get to the frontline staff here in Red Deer. Because of this we got terrible service last year. Canceled this year, got 2 emails to confirm our cancelation and again, frontline line staff was not told so they came. Do NOT recommend this company. Our lawn does not look any better. Waste of money.
