Recently used Design Electrical to install a new stove fume hood. I've used them in the past for various projects and have always been impressed with their service. Dealing with Nathan was fantastic (as usual) and was able to set up appointment within a couple of days of receiving the fume hood. Riley and Tyson were the installers and they were extremely professional, personable and efficient. Job was done perfectly and in a timely matter. Nathan has assembled an amazing team and I'd recommend Design Electrical to anyone looking for electrical work to be done.

It was my good fortune to have contacted Design Electrical to replace a broken baseboard heater and update a panel in an Owen Sound investment property. Nathan responded to my first (after business hours) email the next morning. He was able to work within a very small timeframe, accommodating 2 different tenants and myself. Not only did he send me a text confirming our timing on the morning he was coming, he figured our issue out in minutes and fixed it quickly. I thought the panel in the apartment was inadequate and anticipated a huge, complicated (expensive) ordeal. Nathan informed me that the panel did not need to be updated! My AC wasn't working due to power failure and called Nathan. He sent his team in one and half hours as promised since made the call. His technician inspected and rectified the issue. This place has a top notch showroom. Found the perfect light fixtures for a very unique situation. Nicole is super helpful and nice to deal with. I will definitely be back if I need any more lights!

Nicole always does a great job of cutting through the plethora of products to come up with the options most suitable. She's also really responsive answering email questions within hours.

I reached out as this company was a recommended to me. At the beginning they were responsive, but then it felt like I was chasing him to do work for me that I would pay him to do after the first email. It was a job that I needed completed since another Electrician moved in the middle of the job (which he warned me about). The old company spoke to this company, told them what was needed and every day all i do is chase. I do not do electrical work myself so I don't know what's needed or the guidelines. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Went to the display showroom. Was able to pick up a chandelier last minute. Awesome customer service very knowledgeable and eager to please. She packaged it up so I could take it home. Excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more. Lots of chandeliers to choose from every style and every taste. Great shop!!!!
