Updated 2019/04/25: The company did come and rectify the issue, and the service person was very thorough and genuinely wanted to make it right. Even taught me a couple of things about the fireplace that I did not know. Thank you for our fireplace back!Buyer beware! This company installed my new fireplace in a new Laebon build. 3 years later, it became apparent that the carbon buildup in the fireplace (and on the siding and soffit outside) is not normal, and is due to a poorly installed fireplace (either incorrect oxygen mix, or incorrectly installed log). Their response? “If we had known within the 12 month warranty, we could have fixed it”. Apparently they can’t fix it after that, even though it is actually a fire hazard as installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Working along side the team at Fire Place Connections I was able to find the perfect wood burning stove for my application. These guys are truly amazing at what they do!!

Still waiting on a service call from them...was told next time we are in the area"So...I'm assuming we will still have to pay a call out fee and in the mean time we have no idea when we will be able to use our fireplace again."

So impressed. Moved into a new place this summer that has 3 gas fireplaces. I have never had a home with a fireplace, and the limited experience I have had has always been with wood fireplaces, so I was lost. I had no idea how to adjust them and was too nervous to clean myself in fear I would do damage. We called Fireplace Connections based on recommendation by the manufacturer. So please. The two guys who showed up were so nice and polite. They cleaned all three very thoroughly. They even repainted the insides to freshen them up. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate all of the different functions and even how to do some cleaning ourselves (at my request). Very pleased highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience with Andrew, Curtis and the staff at Fireplace Connections. We found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and happy to share their expertise. We are still learning the tricks to our Vermont Castings Stove but so far, we are loving it!

3 times in 3 months I have been calling these guys to come over for a free estimate and all the 3 times they stood me up: this is very unprofessional. I would not want to go any further with them.
