ACAW Trust Funds
Such a frustrating company to deal with. They don't direct bill for anything except dental and supposedly prescriptions, except it has to be submitted manually which no pharmacies do. We live in a world of technology, time for them to catch up.Was also told by the company that it takes 2-3 weeks or longer to be reimbursed.

Terrible insurance to deal with. Unlike every other benefit plan who just direct bills, has and app, also just provides a benefit card. It's 2022 during a pandemic and they want you to mail every claim.. This is poor business. Considering they are the benefit plan for union carpenter's.. Terrible literally terrible.. Tim Horton's has a better setup.
