Thank you AliExpress and Amazon for giving us the opportunity to buy wholesale price party items from comfort of our homes.This business is run by a team of some old ladies with extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour.All 5 star reviews must be from the staff or their freinds and families.

These 1 star reviews are coming from individuals who do not have a business license or party/ decor business. There is a sign at the door that clearly states they are a wholesaler to these businesses only. The staff know all their customers and will turn you away if you are not a registered business with them. These ladies have been working their for years and are very knowledgeable in their trade. They will give you decor tips and show you tricks in the trade. They are really nice too! SKS offers the best quality balloons at a good price.

There's so much to talk about but mostly their customer service is not that good and they always have attitude when speaking to you. Aside from that you need to spend $100+ to open an account. You'll end up shopping things u don't need just to open an account

What a WASTE OF TIME!!!What a bad experience I had, not to mention how rude the staff was. I walked into their store. I was ask to stop and go get a numbered paper. There was no line … not to mention anyone in front of me. Once I entered, I didn’t an hour & a half picking balloons and accessories to fulfill my orders. I arrived at the counter to pay. They searched my company name and they could not find it. Then I took out my vendors permit and rudely with attitude they told me that they will NOT re-open my account, They deleted my information during Covid. What a Joke! Talk about bad customer service. I have been a client here for 20 some years. Unfortunately due to the pandemic. I had no need for party supplies last year. Went in to purchase some samples for a client and get a price on 1200 pieces for a party and they would not sell me the samples unless I spent $150. I had no issue buying the amount if they had the stock which they did not. I will purchase my items from Amazon or a competitor.

Came to area from 4hrs away for to find some new suppliers for my business, wouldn't let me even sign up a new account or let me in, I would have thought during Covid they would be happy to take more customers, guess not. When I said I couldn't come back tommorow, she laughed at me and said we are not open tommorow" So unprofessional!!!!"

Had an account here for years they couldnt find me. It's impossible shopped here for years ! Never again I guess thanks for nothing ur rating speaks wonders

Horrible experience. The staff was rude, aggressive, condescending, and brutally unprofessional, especially a sales associate named Karen. There are so many balloon warehouses around the area such as Surprize Enterprize and Bargain Balloons, that offer such a great experience to each customer and show their appreciation for your business. I will never come back to this place again, and recommend that no one should waste their time coming here either.

poor customer service. Aggressive sales associates. Was offered zero help and was attacked by one of their sales reps. We deal with many vendors located in that area and not one of these companies showed that degree of disrespect. I will not register my account with this company.
