New location is great - much more room to walk around and look at products/bikes/frames. Reasonable turnaround times for tuneups during this busy season. Helped me remove a seat post that was seized and did a nice tune up - bikes riding smooth.

I always have my bike fixed at chase place since it’s close, until recently my chain is broke, so I went to get it replaced, chase told me it’s 30 bucks and when I swiped to pay. I didn’t check how much I’m charged, since he was holding the pos machine.When I check my bill, it shows 58, almost double the price, I asked him, and he told me there is labor fee, and didn’t even tell me how much I’m charged for.I could go on Amazon and get a new chain for 20 bucks, and instead I paid almost sixty for a chain replace, absolutely ridiculous, so make sure how much you are gonna pay and check your bill if you pay by card.

I had two flat tires, my bike uses a presto value for my tires ( not the standard pump you can find at the gas station). Within two minutes of me stopping at the shop, he pumped both of my tires for free. I feel like writing a positive review is the least i can do!

Very nice service that they offer. Chase is super approachable, if you have any question with your bike he will give you great advice and options. Price is reasonable, turnaround time is short, and the quality of the work is great. The shop is neat and clean so you can expect your bike is treated the same way when it gets tuned-up.
