York Medical Medicentres Richmond Hill

I’m disgusted by this building. Alyssa the receptionist called me from the Richmond hill medicenter and booked me for an appointment in the wrong building. I was previously dealing with the Newmarket location. When I arrived after wasting two hours of time time and taking time off work, she denied creating the appointment and when I questioned her she said I’m if frustrated she would ask me to leave. Disgusting. I didn’t raise my voice or use fowl language and it took her 10Minutes of me patiently asking questions to get her yo finally admit she made a mistake and apologize. Is this what the medical field has dissolved into? Threats of removal for asking normal questions? Alyssa needs training on how to do her job firstly but more importantly how not to threaten medical patients that are being abused.

They don’t answer the phone to follow up with them. What’s the point of visiting the clinic and then they don’t answer at all. That shows the quality of the service.

Horrible experience on multiple occasions, wanted to give them another chance each time, and each time I paid the price. Receptionist is rude and they only see patients as means to make more money, its very clear that they dont care about you or your health. One particular doctor especially, doesn't care, rushes every visit, spends barely 3 minutes with you and rushes you out, wont even make eye contact. I haf a question for him but he ran out the door, when I tried to find out where he went and to ask my question I was told I have to book another appointmentand wait 2 hours to see gim again, really? Disgusting cash grab. Had false diagnoses from him on 2 occasions for myself and for our baby, instead if getting better we got worse. I had to go to the hospital to get a real answer and proper diagnosis. Will never go here again, I suggest you stay away as well.

Wish I could rate zero. Worst patient service ever. Their walk-in is always closed. I've missed WAY too much work having to book an entire day off to see these jokers only to find they're closed and I have to come back another day

Nobody is ever here, waiting with 7 ppl, clinic has been open for 45 mins. and all dark inside. I would comment about the receptionist and the doctor but I've come here 4 times during business hours and I have yet to see/meet a receptionist let alone a doctor...does anyone work here??????

My horrible experience dated July 05, 2023 at Richmond Hill SE Health at 10660 yonge street, Unit 4 of York Medicentrev brought me extreme frustrations due to the nurse of my foot care, the coordinator, and in total the management of thais Unit 4 of York Medicentre. They are very rude to clients and had no manner how to respect and welcome customers. During my 25 years of living in GTA, Canada I had never ever experienced this much of disrespect and rudeness. Rating of 1 out of 5 is too high. With confidence I rate it zero or -100. One of the staff was a lire to me and very rude as well. The nurse was rude and had no customer respecting attitude. I feel very bad for visiting this location. I have cancelled my follow up foot treatments, and I will never ever visit them again. The top management should have trained the staff to have some manners and welcoming attitude towards Customers.

I would give minus five stars if I can. Waited for two hours and no receptionist or doctors show up. If you are closed, you should update that on Google.thirty people were waiting. What a waste to everyone's time.extremely irresponsible people. Should shut down the center.

Waiting here with about 20 people in line. Sign on window says open at 11 on this exact date, yet still closed at 11:50. dark inside. Calling gets reception at affiliated clinic who say it should be open. Another patient waiting here says this is the third time he has been here when the doctor and reception was a no show. How can anyone run a business like this?

The worst walk in clinic ever! Waited 1.5 hours until the receptionist showed up just to tell me the doctor isn’t coming in for another hour. It says they open on Sunday at 9 am but apparently they open at 11 am. Why don’t you update it on google and your voicemail ! This is unacceptable. Rude receptionist who says it’s not her job. This place needs to get their act together and stop wasting people’s time.

The receptionist used to treat patients not in a truly polite way. But this time I see way better welcoming. It is a great improvement. The doctor however is not on time. The doctor supposed to be here at 10:00 am , but showed up at 10:25 am. Patients time is precious.
