Hôtel Château Bellevue

The room was a little bit small but very clean and comfortable The phone in the room didn't work but that was only inconvenient when I needed to let them know we were leaving in our car. But the staff was very friendly and the location is excellent I would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that it wasn't longer. But we will be back.

Very nice hotel . Staff is very polite and friendly. Location is great and most of the restaurants and shopping is in walking distance.

Excellently positioned hotel to explore the old town on foot - there are steep stairs to get into the main reception, however the staff are more than happy to help you with your luggage if it's a problem. Inside, there is an elevator to each floor. It's an older property and the rooms reflect that. Service at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast is continental style and very tasty. Don't expect any fried foods.

Location wise it was superb. Whenever I get tired of walking I just go to my room take a nap and back to walking again. Staff are so nice and helpful. They let me check in early which is really cool even tho my booking got a lil messed up. The price was good coz I was able to get a promo for 4 days and 3 nights. The room, meh it was ok definitely not like the photo on there website. I first came in the room it has a musty smell. Idk if it’s only me but I am very keen with how I smell and all my clothing smells bad whenever I go out. Even my backpack and coat smells musty like some kind of old water. Other than that the room is clean but not clean clean if u know what i mean. Definitely a nice stay for my 1st solo trip.

Amazing location, staff was very professional and attentive, rooms were impecable. Only thing that they can improve is the signal of the wifi. Sometimes it disconnect. Also, add some protein on the breakfast, too much delicious and tasty carbs.

Location is excellent to stroll around town and the rooms are a good size and reasonably clean. If you book directly with the hotel breakfast is included. Unfortunately my bad review is related to the experience with hotel staff and management. During our stay we used the valet service for our car, at one point we needed to retrieve an item from our car, after doing that both my husband and hotel staff remember him being at the desk with the car fob. The next morning the car fob was missing. As it was a holiday we were not able to get a new fob made and were forced to rent a car due to other obligations in Montreal. Prior to doing this we (my husband and I, our friends and one member of the hotel staff) searched extensively in the hotel room, parking lot and streets surrounding the hotel for the car fob. Upon arrival in Montreal we were called by hotel staff that they had found the key as it had been misplaced and was hanging where they sometimes put keys when moving cars around"

Lovely, quaint little hotel that is super centrally located close to the waterfront, and only a couple of blocks from where you pick up the hop on hop off bus. Rooms were small, but comfortable. I just wish I could have gotten the tv to work for streaming Netflix. My colleague and I tried many times, but to no avail. Time in QC is not for spending too much time in your room though, so it wasn't too big of a deal!

Great location, pleasant staff, nice European style breakfast, and good sized rooms. That's the best of it. No views, leaking hallway ceilings, noisy a/c units, and bathroom sinks that have no space to hold anything on top are on the downside. The shower was so slippery that it's just a matter of time before a broken bone happens. This boutique hotel is not worth the extra money. Not terrible, just not special.

Air conditioning needs to be quieter and more efficient...it works for 2 minutes and then stops for a couple of minutes
