Tried the chili bowl for the first time. Disappointed. $3.99 for a small bowl that was only partially filled and served luke warm. Fail. For only $0.60 more at Tim Hortons I got 40% more chili, piping hot plus a panini bun and butter.I gave them a second chance after receiving a nice reply from someone at Taco time. Still disappointed. This isn’t even real chili. It’s a scoop of Luke warm taco beef with a spoonful of chili sauce and three kidney beans on top. The tiny bow is only 2/3 filled. Exactly the same experience but now I’m disappointed they promised to do better and didn’t follow through.

I went to TacoTime and ordered 2 very basic chicken tacos (maybe 2-3 bites). The lady asked me if I wanted sour cream in my taco, so of course I said yes! It’s a Mexican place so sour cream seamed like a natural choice..The two tiny wrapped tacos looked really small on my tray, so I ordered mexi fries. The bill came to 18 dollars!!! I didn’t even feel I could afford a drink.. and wasn’t even offered a combo price.I sit at the table in the mall feeling ripped off, jipped and saddened for my afternoon - after getting next to no food for almost 20 dollars. Absolute terrible food experience that feels like thievery.Yes, I’m still hungry :(

Asked very nicely if I could swap my dr.pepper for a Pepsi because of the carbonation and did not like the taste at all and was told they were serving it all day and had no complaints then told me I should know what I want when I order. Rolling his eyes while getting me a whole new cup when I had no problem using the same cup. Totally rude and unprofessional. I would have rather taken a no then be talked down to by the management.

I went day ago and there were two girls working, busy talking to someone over personal phone and least interested in taking orders. They did not follow the instructions at all. It was just like throwing the order away for the sake of completing it. In fact the whole order was all incorrect. Everything was scattered and not nicely packed.When I came home and opened it , it was such a disappointment.The two girls were miserable.If you don’t want to serve then why did you open a food place ?

Two girls working so hard to provide good food and service… really hardworking and food was really good and freshly made in front of my eyes and also provided no tomato and sourcream in my chicken burrito worth the price.

I ordered a soft beef burrito and my wife ordered a veggie burrito. They both had zero taste to them and were very bland. We both said this is the worst we had ever had at Taco Time!

The crisp beef burrito was good.. the beef and cheese burrito was DISGUSTING!! WITH A TEENY SPRINKLE OF CHEESE! it was cold and tasted like barf. I went to complain about the basicly no cheese on a beef and cheese burrito and the girl just didn't care. Said I could call the manager tomorrow. I do not recommend ever buying a beef and cheese burrito here ever! Well unless you want to be disappointed and waste your money!
