Would have given less than 1 star...30 minutes for some timbits and lineup behind us was 15 people and counting. Customers were asking to open another cash and employees just said they would get to them when it was their turn. Wow. Also no timbits left, had to scrape together a box of 20 when wanted 50...also no muffins left. My friend ordered medium chocolatr milk and was told there was none & I ordered from another cashier and they got some from the fridge. Staff said no manager there on weekend. Obvious. Go elsewhere unless you have an hour to burn.

i live next door to this tims and go about 3-4 times a week. the coffee is fine (its the only reason i go) but any time you order food, they get the order wrong about 1/3 of the time. Part of the problem is that the owners fail to hire older ppl to show the young workers what good customer service looks like--speed, accuracy, and being polite. The kids cant learn if nobody shows them!! Ive been currently seated beside the sandwich corner" for 30 minutes
