We were quoted 6000+ for a new transmission at another shop. Tylar offered a second opinion after the vendor was unable to help as planned. He suspected it was not the actual problem and was right.He kept us informed every step of the way, saved any parts they replaced to show us to confirm damage etc, including the filthy transmission oil the other shop charged us to “replace”. There were other issues some less urgent - he identified and prioritized and it was all still less than the original quote from the other place. He and Carlos are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We will be back. I will even do my oil changes there and I’m a drive through change fan. So happy to luck out and find an honest automotive shop when we are new to the city! Thanks guys - you are amazing!

I have a VW that was having some issues that local mechanical shops could not fix. I brought it o Petrol Haus and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. They are professional and friendly and provide excellent service!

I was recommended to this business from a friend of mine. My 6.0 Power Stroke had some engine issues and Tyler figured it out and repaired very promptly, and cost me less than any other shop in the Kelowna area. Petrol Haus will definitely get my business again.

they worked on my vw and went above and beyond! gave me a great deal for the extensive amount of work that was done, they were super quick and kept me updated the whole time. also did a quick tire fix a few days later at no cost!!

The owners of this business are amazing. If they do really good work, they are empathetic towards customers and do not sugarcoat things and scam their way through their business in our society like most due to thrive. Tyler and Carlo are easily the best mechanics in the okanagan.My truck went years without any service or maintenance due to local mechanics consistently mis-diagnosing problems, fixing nothing and taking my money.Never again. Petrol Haus has fixed every problem in my truck for a fraction of what other shops have charged me without fixing anything.This is my forever shop.

Just had service completed by Tyler & Marco on our Mercedes ML350 a few days ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Petrol Haus and the excellent work these two passionate owners have for quality of work and the tremendous customer service. To simply come in on a day the shop is not open (Saturday) to complete our vehicle to limit the car rental bill was an extremely thoughtful gesture.In addition, the work needed to be done ( a fairly major $2k tab) was detailed out in the beginning and executed at a very high level. I look forward to having Petrol Haus maintain our car for the foreseeable future. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
