City Gate Suites Short Term Rentals

The condo where I stayed was well managed and close to grocery shopping and the bus stop. The amenities were also good as there was a playground for kids, indoor pool, gym and library. The rooms were also adequately equipped with utensils and small appliances to settle in quickly. The team- Maryam and Jessica were very hospitable, responded to enquiries in time and were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion is that the cleaning could be better before check in. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and book again!

Great place to live. Very close to Square One Mall. Jessica and Maryam are great hosts. They look into your requests and resolve them promptly. Very generous and great people. Very transparent in transactions. Really loved staying at City Gate Suites. !! Highly recommended !!

We were landing in Canada as newcomers and we came across the difficulty of renting a place without any credit history or without being in Canada.Then we found City Gate Suites that offered fully furnished apartments all-inclusive. They even had kitchenware which was amazing.The apartment was very good, in a great location in Mississauga and had a great view as well.Overall, our experience was excellent and I highly recommend City Gate for hassle-free short-term renting.They really took the pressure off us being new immigrants and they let us focus on settling down first and finish all the initial errands as new immigrants.The place is also very clean and high quality.Jessica was supervising our stay and made our stay more pleasant by caring to our needs and concerns.The price of the suites are also very attractive considering they are inclusive and fully furnished with kitchenware.Our experience with City Gate was wonderful.

I stayed for 2 years while I searched for a new place to live. My unit was on the 20th floor facing south where I had a nice view of the lake, especially nice from the balcony. It was bright with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows and equipped with all I needed for my stay. The amenities were exceptional; the building was well-managed; and was in a convenient location, within walking distance of parks, eateries, grocery stores, medical clinics, a pharmacy, and more, including Square One.Maryam and Jessica in the office were amazing!! They were always receptive and quick to respond. They replaced the spare bed with a work desk and chair for me so I could continue to work remotely and providing the use of a locker really made my life easier.I wouldn't hesitate to rental with them again!!

We were newcomers in Canada. Everybody knows how it is difficult to find a place to live in Canada when you don't have a credit story. City Gate Suites was our decision. We thought to live in their marvellous 2-bedroom suite just 1 month, but we enjoyed it so much that our staying extended to 9 months. The suite has everything you need: WiFi , furniture, towels, utensils. There are pool and gym in the building. Everything is perfect when you cooperate with City Gate Suites.

We were very happy with the extended-stay property we chose with City Gate Suites during a recent renovation of our home. All properties are centrally located; rates are quite reasonable, and the management company personnel are welcoming and professional.

City Gate Suites provides best short term rental. The location and the apartment is on point. It was 1 bedroom apartment and was pretty good and spacious especially for family of 2 and 3. It was fully furnished and everything was provided. The location was the best part as everything was close by and accessible. Also, the city gate team is very professional and provides the best services. Over all it was a good experience renting city gate suites.

This is the best place you can stay for short-term rentals.I have been frequenting canada for a couple of years now to visit family and i used to spend so much money on rental apartments it was crazy. Some of the apartments end up not looking like described and dirty BUT NOT CITY GATE SUITES!! OMG this place was so clean and smelled fresh. the bathroom was super clean, sheets clean, floors, kitchen all clean. the view is amazing as well. The agent Maryam was super helpful with the booking process. i was worried before booking because it was the cheapest option i had but it turned out to be the best i ever stayed at. its close to all the amenities you need- there is a starbucks within the same building downstairs, a pharmacy just beside, a small grocery store just beside and like 10mins walk from square one mall. SUPER SUPER PLACE

Well City Gates was our first home for 2 months in Canada and this couldn’t have been better. With exceptional service, regular communication and full amenities stocked up, me and my wife couldn’t have asked for more. The ease and stress free living for the period we were settling in surely helped us a lot in many ways. We would definitely recommend City Gates as your stop to short term rentals in GTA.
