Justin was able to resolve my issues with my phone in less than 5 minutes. I purchased my phone from another dealer and they couldn't figure it out.

This is better late than never but.......I just wanted to show my appreciation for having such a patient young person at the store on Broad and 8th. My husband and I both purchased new phones and cases and a cord as well the end of December. We are not that knowledgeable about all the features or how to use them. Ireland was very patient and took her time to show us and explain different aspects of our phones. She did this without being condescending and was very patient and kind. I wish all agents in phone stores and computer stores etc....were as patient and uncondescending as she was. Bravo for hiring staff like Ireland!!

I want to give 5 star cause last time I was there I had a good experience. But this time I ended up waiting and it wasn’t busy. The young lady thought I was with someone else. That’s ok. I wanted to upgrade to new I phone. Only expecting to pay so much. Which is the charge fee and otter box. Turns out I ended up needing a charge box and a screen protector to which made the cost to over 200. I had to ask about these prices. After I was given the charge box I asked do I have to get an adapter so I could plug into the car. I was told the other charger works for the phone. Why did I need the charge box. Just confused me. I basically felt embarrassed cause I didn’t have enough for all and i would have made a better decision if I new prices in advance. Wow on how much u have to pay to have a new phone.
