I got balayage done by Stephany and I was not happy with the results and I paid over $300 for my hair. I messaged her asking to fix it by adding more blonde and she didn’t fit me in till two months later… then charged me almost $200 more just to fix my hair to what I had originally asked for!! I went back in to salon to tell them the situation and ask why I was charge so much for a fix… the receptionist told me the owner would call me later, she never did. I contacted Stephany and explained that I did not feel it was right that I was charged an extra $200 for her to fix my hair to what I had originally asked for and that I’ve now paid $500 and I’m still not happy with my hair. Her response was that it was a misunderstanding and that she did her best, she never apologized or came up with any sort of refund or solution… horrible customer service!Reply to owners response:My first appointment with Stef was in August and my colour turned out great!Then I left for Hawaii for three months and when I came back my hair was actually very blonde from being away so it wasn’t like Stef was starting from scratch. I did need to get my regrowth done and wanted to add some overall blonde balayage. The very first appointment I had with stef she got it right the first time…This time I left and I felt like it wasn’t as blonde as I had asked for like the first time and like the picture and I had shown her.I messaged her right away and told her I wasn’t happy and I asked if I could come in and have her fix it. I was told that she didn’t have any appointments for two months!? I’m not one to complain it took a lot for me to ask her to fix it.I waited two months, then I was shocked that I had to pay $200 again to get my hair fixed! In total my hair cost me almost $500 & to be honest it still doesn’t look any brighter or blonder after I payed a second time!What is so upsetting is the way this was handled with no apologies or compensation.Even when I came back after leaving and paying a second time to ask why I was charged so much, Stef never came out of the back room to even talk to me.I’m still not happy with my hair and really upset at lack of customer service received from your salon and I’m out $500!

I had my hair done by Stefany and it was a wonderful experience. I am new to Langley and wasn't sure where to go, so I called the salon and they placed me with her. She was kind and bubbly and did not hesitate to help my hair.I'm looking forward to coming back!

I love this place! Been getting my hair done by Hilary for about 5 years. She is always on schedule and I've never had to wait. She gives you her undivided attention and really listens to what you want. The salon is beautiful and more than anything Hilary is an amazing stylist!
