I live nearby so I've probably visited dozens of times and I've never had a bad experience. Staff are consistently friendly and smiling and they all do their jobs well. Food is exactly what you'd expect from a Subway restaurant, not bad but nothing extraordinary. Customer service is exceptional though in my opinion.

Great location, fresh food, but a girl with black hair who works evenings is very rude. She was making my sandwich like she’s to do it for free. Don’t get into customer service if you can’t act decently. This is the very first time I’m posting a review, I’m this frustrated

Absolutely terrible service the young indian girl is so rude like absolutely rude. Cant even begin to express the level of bad service i just received. And there is a tip option on the debit pad you would think people working who expect tips wouldnt be so abrasive iys just a sandwich.

They gave me a very small portion size compared to usual and I asked them to add more so he took a fingernail sized piece, ripped it in half, then put it on the sandwich. Disrespectful and cheap. Not coming back.

Just had their crispy chicken large grilled wrap. Menu says it's new. Very disappointing and will not buy again, Chicken was not crispy at all, but soggy, rubbery and flavourless. Would not recommend to anyone.

I regularly take out from this subway join extremely close to my house. The staff's nice, and it's mostly a joint for take outs. I've never really seen anyone sit and have inside the joint. It's a good place overall.

August 11, 2021 6:00pm, the girl making my sub did a horrible job.I asked her to change gloves as she was gonna make my sub with the same gloves as she wore while handling cash register.She took off those ones and put them on again, reversibly.I asked my sub to be double toasted, she toasted it for 10 seconds, it was raw.I ask her to put spinach in my sub, she literally put one single leaf of it on it.She rub her nose and then touch the sandwich with the same hand.Steer clear!Clean location but the employee was a nightmare

I've gone to this subway multiple times over the years and the consistent failures seem to be rooted in management. If you want more than one napkin, it's a struggle. If you want more than 3 slices of olive on your 6 inch, it's a struggle. If you're brave enough to try this subway out for yourself I'd advise you watch the portions closely. They like to try and stick customers with half portions and think they won't notice. I won't be going back there.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Food was nice, but what you'd expect from Subway. Overall, nice to not have to cook right after work.Edit: Still just as good as ever. Same pleasant staff, same food. Enjoyed me visit.
