Alicia Tate Yoga

I have been doing yoga with Alicia for almost 10 years. Always welcoming, always challenging, always evolving - Alicia offers classes for every level and presents modifications so that all participants enjoy growth and success.

Alicia is so warm and welcoming! Her classes are just the right balance of challenging and relaxing. She’s understanding when it’s been a rough week, open to suggestions and what you need to focus on, and encourages you to reach just a little farther, longer, harder, deeper for something right when you need it. The classes are great for newbies or veterans, or newly returning and in less shape than you want to be’s. Her classes meet you where you are and provide some framework for continued growth. Will be returning whenever I can to join this lovely lady!

I have taken lessons from Alicia for years-I have been at a few different fitness levels through those years and she always meets you where you are and helps you find ways to be successful.She will give you a great workout but is very mindful of helping us all have good form so as not to be injured.I highly recommend her yoga classes.On top of being a really great teacher she also happens to be an exceptional human being with a generous heart and spirit.And I always enjoy her nuggets of life lessons and stories which she tells when she wants to distract you into holding a pose longer!

Alicia is an awesome and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She shares so much of her knowledge during her classes. You always leave her classes feeling physically and mentally better.

Excellent instruction with humour and wisdom. Classes are accessible for every level. Alicia is the best!
