Very bad experience . Rude staff . Have no refund or exchange policy . Useless stuff but the staff is good other than Lisa. She don't know how to talk to customers. Must learn to respect people and assist them properly. They lost my buisness today.

Stay away from this place!! Just shy of 2 weeks before Christmas and they’re selling me 7 month old stuff packaged May 09 2022. So dry it turned to powder. What a waste of time, effort and money.

I had given this place a great review but then had the worst experience ever.The staff member kayley is always nice but the moment I had an issue with a broken Cartridge ( a type they recommend) she turned so rude and mean.She said she cant replace it ( story policy ) and I had to talk to the rep, and she wouldn’t take the time to do it. ( this is the process other stores do from Sessions to CanaCabana).Instead I had to email rep, then after a week I got a reply and rep said they the store SPEAKEASY had to. Lol. Figures.So I called back and Kayley was so rude and spoke over me very condescendingly and couldn’t answer basic questions about store policy . She then hung up on me and refused to to take my information.She said her manager was Lesley but wouldn’t put me into contact with her. I went to the store to sort it out and she ran away saying “she doesn’t want to deal With it “Another guy came out and was acting rude and then l left. As of now I will avoid this store and tell every single person I know about how bad it was.Question is … is there even a Lesley and will she do anything about it.I just wanted a replacement Carthage since the one they sold was defective. We’ll see…Next stop corporate ?

Decent location, good selection. Weird staff. I was fumbling with my discount card one time and accidentally pulled one out from another dispensary as I keep them all together and most are white.. these guys gave me a look like I stole money from them or something. It's crazy to think that if they are out of a product, you might try another dispensary for the same product.. mind blowing. Ever since then they started IDing me and just doing weird things like never giving me a discount card anymore. I'm 35 years old with a beard and I also have an account and USED to frequent this place all the time.. I'm literally 10 years older than the people IDing me. Just weird vibes, sketchy people. You'll figure it out in a visit or two. Product and prices are decent, drama and dirty looks are free.
