The staff are super friendly, I’ve always loved the location on Lasalle. Now that there is a location opened closer to home, I will be going here often. The location is always clean, proper and accessible. The staff always go out of their way to ensure customers are treated well and enjoy their visit. I love the tea, I recommend trying the “Earl Grey Family Tea” if you’re a fan of earl grey, if you like fruity drinks, I’d suggest one of the flavoured green teas.

Overall great service. The employees were so nice, and the place they served was well in order, sanitary, and smelled amazing. It was the most welcoming and cozy drink place I've ever been to. The pricing was acceptable and the boba choices were wide. I recommend this place to anyone who loves boba!

My siblings and girlfriend love to go to presotea and order it all the time, I always thought that it was just a place where its target demographic was teenage girls and that it was somewhere that would only cater to them, but I was mistaken. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is terrific, the drinks are also great. Its a 10/10

Taro slush was very creamy and tasty. No chunks of ice. Blended perfectly.Tapioca was a bit disappointing being on the al dente side but cooked enough to eat. Centre was still a bit too firm to chew through with the outer part cooked perfectly.Very happy to have this location. No need to go all the way to LaSalle. This location is much more spacious with comfortable chairs and tables to sit at.Service is quick and excellent. Staff made sure I understood what I was ordering to avoid confusion.
