Darcey has given great service to me and everyone I've recommended. Squeezed me in a number of times in an emergency. Rates are reasonable and turnarounds great! Nice to know a trust worthy shop.

Had to have my vehicle towed to Darcy's one morning when it wouldn't start. They found the issue same day and made sure it was running well for me to get back home. Ordered the part needed and I stopped in the following week and had it replaced in minutes. Feel lucky I found Darcy's that morning, as others said 1-2 weeks before they could look at it, even though I was from out of town.

Excellent owner, friendly, upstanding, and hard-working, would absolutely hate to see anything ever happen to him or his business. Unfortunately the dogs he keeps on the property yap incessantly, hopefully he can train them to better behave before animal control has to deal with them.

After not hearing back from them after at the end of the day that I was booked in to get my vehicle inspected I called to check in. They were confused by my call and said that they knew nothing about me booking in (even though i had booked the appointment a week prior). They didn't even ask for my cintact information. had to make sure they had my phone number to get a hlod of me. Very fustrating when I have a small window of time that I can be without my vehicle. Not a good first experience.

Went here for an out of province inspection. My vehicle had things that needed to be fixed in order to pass. With a bill over $700 now my drivers window and power mirrors no longer work (they 'fixed' my power locks only in the front not the rear doors). Wouldn't recommend this shop if you're from out of province.
