Ultimate security is providing security to our area in Richmond Hill, we were all frightened by the amount of break ins that were happening all over York Region, now that they are here we feel much better and sleep better at night.

I just called a number given for security in my apartment building and was surprised by how clueless and rude their representative was. I had to explain 3 times that having the back door propped wide open by a commercial candy machine was a security problem. Why wasn't security there guarding the door? When I asked if I had called the right number and tried to get an answer, the representative rudely and impatiently said several times you're not listening to me". He spoke so fast and his accent was so garbled that I couldn't understand what he was saying. "I have to call my supervisor to see if you're our client....I see you're in our data base..." On previous occasions I reported security guards who were sleeping on thr job and when I informed Ultimate

In my Security Career, I have been with many security companies but I must say Ultimate Security Services is the best in terms of Professionalism, Organization and Overlooking employees. Control is massively supportive and respondent. Honoured to be part of USS.

I can book my parking spot every 2 days on line, at my apartment building. But there is a shortage of spaces due to construction, and some of the security people seem to enjoy leaving parking tickets anyway. I'm a pensioner and can't afford this. We need to be able to book spots for more than 2 days.

Being a part of Ultimate Security Services Inc, is a great experience. I have been working with them for 2 years and i have got wonderful environment to work. Everyone working in this company, either its Supervisor, Mobile Guard or Director, are so cooperative, polite and supportive.
