The company was very professional. We were told immediately 6-8 weeks due to material shortage, (not the company’s fault) just like everything else with products. But installed very quickly and flawlessly. Could not be happier with the way it turned out.

Results were extraordinary - thank you! Your team took precise measurements, took great care in assembling the railing, and tidied up the site afterwards. And you delivered the railing earlier than promised. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend your company! Thanks again.

After being promised over 7 months ago that my railings would get fixed, I'm still waiting as they don't return my phone calls or respond to my emails lately. Just check out the picture in how poorly a job they did in installing my railings as they don't reach the top of the stair and they put in a wedge. It is so unprofessional. I've have been more than patient in waiting over a year for the company to fix it.

Allure has a great product. We recently had a railing installed on a small porch. The salesman came out right away and gave me estimated pricing. He explained the installer would come out to get the exact dimensions. They did and there were no big surprises, the cost was within a few dollars.Unfortunately the job ended up being very disappointing. When measuring no one told me the opening would only be 28” because my stairs were narrow. Not great for moving in or out furniture, an average fridge is 30”. I feel when a professional is hired to to a job they should see any issues that may come up. After all you’re paying for their expertise. The issue we have only came up when the installer come out to install our rail. They saw the obvious error and decided not to install the second hand rail on the stairs. I found this out when I got home from work, and after I paid in full. Apparently the installers hadn’t even let their office know there was an issue. When I called I was told they could refund the cost for the piece that wasn’t installed, they could install the railing but it would be tight or maybe they could see if there was another solution. The solution they come up with was to cut the one rail back a few inches to make the opening wider but I wouldn’t have the second rail. I called the office and after some going back and forth and being told “THATS WHAT I ASKED FOR”. I was angry to say the least, and the conversation got heated. The next day with a cooler head I talked to the sales rep and tried to come up with a solution, I did but everything I asked if it could be done, couldn’t. Now they had an option. Over a week later I still have the same small opening and I’ve given up trying to solve a problem they made. I finally asked for the refund on the rail that wasn’t installed. They happily sent it to me in less than an hour not because it was the right thing to do but to get me off their backs. I’m not saying don’t use Allure, they do have a nice product, at a fair price. Just be very careful what “YOU ASK FOR” you may just get it.

We used Allure for our patio railings.Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After visiting the showroom, we had a rep come out to measure everything, discuss our different options and pricing and write up a contract for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and advised us of the best option to go with for our patio. The original timeline was kept thru, and the installation was actually 4 days early which was amazing for us as we wanted to have this up for the summer.Amazing quality and craftsmanship, and amazing customer service. You guys get 5 stars from me!!

We order two gates from this company and regret the purchase. It simply was not worth the aggravation of dealing with such an unknowledgeable and unprofessional company. My double gates were not measured or built correctly. They do not close in the summer when the aluminum expands. We will be disassembling everything ourselves and we will make some custom 3D printed hinges that will replace the current hinges to improve the fit.The staff was incompetent from sales (specifically Eli Amir), scheduling and installation. If you hire them you will get to experience this intimately. We were so frustrated and exhausted with having to deal with Eli and the installer, we just asked them to get off our property and leave us the enormous mess to fix on our won.If you contract anyone else, we doubt you could find worse.

These guys are good. I sent them to two of my clients, one wanted fencing and the other wanted railings. Everything was custom made and my clients are happy beyond their expectations. Job was signed a few weeks ago and already installed on this past Friday. I was told by my clients that the installers and salespeople were knowledgable and did an amazing job. When they're happy, so am I. Just wanted to publicly say thank you and I will send more clients your way in the future. All the best,Mark Piecce.

Buyer beware! I started a long and frustrating encounter with Allure Aluminum at the end of April. I talked to Rick, who was very good, until I provided a deposit. Then he disappeared. I was told my installation would be 6-8 weeks. I sent several emails asking for my contract and then again after 8 weeks of waiting ... no response. I gave up on Rick and called the office, spoke to Mila. She assured me I would be contacted soon and she gave me her personal number. If took another 3 weeks for someone to put our posts in only, no gates. Payment for that installation was requested before they were installed and processed right away. Then we were told the gates would be another 3 - 4 weeks. That timeline came and went. I called and left several messages, again with no response. I finally drove to the actual office to get someone to talk to me. I was assured the gates would be installed the following Friday and took the day off to be there. Mila called and said it would Monday but ''expect it to be cancelled because of the rain'' . It was beautiful on the Friday of course. When they finally were installed, the gates weren't the ones I ordered!I had 4 calls that day from Allure looking for payment. Funny how quickly they call when they are looking for money! Beyond frustrated when I got home, I called and told Mila how horrible it was to deal with them. The delays, no contract, wrong gates and no one responding to calls or emails yet they were quick to ask for their money. She then said it was us who delayed them because we were out of town. Really??!I'm writing a novel because I understand delays, especially because of covid and supply chain issues. But what I find extremely poor is the fact that Allure doesn't care about their customer. Had they called and explained what was happening, we would have understood. The whole world is dealing with delays. But all they care about is getting their money. And then to accuse us for delaying them vs the other way arround?? Brutal. I first called in April and the wrong gates were installed in October.I asked for the owner to call me and settled on a discount for the gates I didn't order.So... buyer beware. Expect poor service, expect a long wait, except rude responses. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Used this company for my porch railings and fence. Our first point of contact was with Mila and she was very polite and professional going through all of our options. The installers did a very good job. I would recommend this company everytime.
