DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!! make a deposit and see what his work is like, YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. The drunk natives downtown could have done better work. He might be alright for a simple bag or case but he SUCKS at leather work overall. Didn't finish any edges, super messy stitching. The piece was twisted and warped but he made zero attempt to fix it only excuses. He will lie and give you excuses when the real tools are cheap. I went straight to Tandy Leather at 30 Mandalay Drive to invest the money I got back so I can do the job right myself. THIS GUY IS A HACK!!

He repaired handles to my purse which was burgundy. All he had was brown leather ones and it did not match at all. The final product looked terrible. Very disappointed. Asked for cash up front and then I had to request a receipt.

I got my sandals repaired right on the spot for a great price. They went above and beyond to fix what was broken and prevent further damage. I will be coming back in the future for any other repair needs.

This owner guy definitely needs to learn some manners on how to behave with customers, i feel he was very grumpy for no reason and a racist. Will never recommend him to anyone. I don’t know the quality of his work because I ended up not giving him the work because of the way he treated me.

Brought in a pair of my wife's leather boots she loved but were starting to fall apart. He wanted cash payment before the repair.My wife came in with me to inspect her shoes when they were finished. Once he saw that my wife is asian, he proceeded to make very misogynistic and racist remarks to our faces.Don't give this racist any business.

I can’t recommend this business enough. I got quick repairs to belts, and I picked up a few leather belts that I have never had such good quality before. The owner is a nice guy. Don’t know what everyone else’s complaints were about.
