Spent a hour of my day at Cariboo Ford was dealing mostly with Laurie at Service , gotta tell you she really made my day as she went all out to make my day a lot better. I tell you she is truly a professional at what she does, Laurie knows her job well and her product as well. Best service I have had from a dealership by far. Always friendly, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I live in Alberta and had an issue with my AC on my drive to my father in laws. I called ahead to set up an appointment while in town and they fixed my issue in a timely manner to my satisfaction. They threw in a car wash to boot! I go back when I visit for services because they are so great. Would highly recommend.

The work done was thorough and completed well as always.unfortunately I was quite disappointed that updating of a partially crashed computer system was not covered under Ford's extended warranty. Since when are today's vehicle computer systems NOT considered a major issue. I doubt I'll ever recommend Ford's extended warranty to anyone with much confidence.

There wasn't pressure to buy anything, even though the Maverick is a hard to get a hold of truck. They sold it to me at a very fair price, didn't make me purchase anything I didn't want, and I was in and out within 2 hours. Al and Vic were a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them! *Please tell them the bald Kyle sent you bwhahaha
