Damien had a great knowledge of the window systems by Durabuilt and was able to provide examples of the different widows quality, ie. dual pane compared to triple pane etc..The windows came in on time and were installed meticulously by Virgil, within the timeframe promised. The property was left in good condition.The price was very reasonable for the quality.I chose Home Renewals because of their extremely great customer service and I know and trust they will stand behind their products and their sales staff.I received a call from the installer informing me of an area below a window that needs attention this spring. If you have a job involving windows and doors, this is the first company you should consider! They replaced a large bay window for us that was rotting in the framework, with the rot having spread far beyond that and into the wall. From the initial quote through to final completion, they did the job with total professionalism, installing new wood where needed and replacing drywall, all without padding the price. Not only that, the Durabuilt window they installed is top quality. This is a company that gets to work with no muss ad no fuss, and they clean up thoroughly when the work is done. We could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

The entire experience was excellent from the initial quote to the final installation, every thing was done better than I could have hoped for.With the current supply chain and shipping issues worldwide, I could have easily understood delays in delivery. The job was completed in a timely manner of the date originally specified. Dawn pulled everything together and made things happen for us.The install crew was very professional and courtious, paying attention to every detail.
