The doctor is so caring ,honest and thorough. When I broth Sugar to the cooling her eyes were closed. The doctor and staff listened to my concerns and addressed them. so glad I came to this clinic. I live in Toronto but will be bringing my doggy up here to see the doctor if ever needed. Her eyes are opened and her behavior tells she's feeling better.

We’ve had appointments with Dr.Brown, Dr.Rowland and Dr.Sutton and have had nothing but amazing experiences here! When our puppy Finn was attacked at 9 months Dr. Brown saw him immediately and made time in her full day to perform emergency surgery herself instead of sending us to Emerge. Every single team member there shows so much compassion and love towards Finn and always waits for his cooperation to keep it a positive experience. He absolutely loves everyone there and we’re extremely happy with the care they provide.

Extremely pleased with the service and care our Yorkshire Terrier Candy received at this clinic. In the emergency situation, they did not try to take advantage of us, instead provided surgery at a very resalable cost and within the same day. Thank you guys for saving our little Candy! Strongly recommend this Rossland Animal Hospital to all.

Very happy with the care my pets receive at Rossland Animal Hospital. Dr. Brown & Dr. Rowland have taken care of my dogs for years and truly care about their patients. I have only dealt with Dr. Sutton once but she just did my youngest boys neuter/hernia repair, and did an incredible job. The support staff is all so helpful too. Thank you Rossland Animal Hospital!

Sadly, I'm very disappointed with the service from this clinic and we didn't even step inside the doors. I found an ulcer on my cats belly and called/sent over photos to this clinic. They called back to say I would need to be seen at the emergency vet asap. So off to the emergency vet we go that evening (who were great by the way). We paid for the emergency visit and for some medications for pain/infection - which would have been much cheaper at the regular vet. They said there is no way they could close up the ulcer without having it testing first. I'm disappointed that Rossland didn't consider that first, could have saved us the extra cost. After our visit, the emergency vet sent over the information from our visit to myself and Rossland - indicating that we should be seen early this week to have the ulcer tested. I guess it was silly of me to assume having received that paperwork, they would call to follow up and book our appointment, but nothing. Anyways, just sharing our experience.

This vet clinic is staffed by attentive, professional and trustworthy staff and doctors. We had three cats and sadly lost one to cancer. The staff at the clinic were empathetic and provided exemplary care. They provided many options and yet did not push any expensive procedures that are not helpful to the health of our cats. They continue to take good care of our remaining furry family.

I discovered Rossland Animal Hospital last year for my dog, Miko. Dr. Rowland and Dr. Brown are amazing. They are very attentive and re-assuring to any of my concerns. They also try their best to make sure that I don't have to spend too much on anything that is unnecessary. The staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend this to all pet-lovers.

The people who work here GENUINELY care about the health and well-being of your fur-babies! My grandmother and I take our cats to them and it's always a pleasant experience! I'd definitely reccomend them!

8/10 vet skills0/10 empathy skillswe took our cat here for an end of life service and had a horrible experience. while we were saying goodbye to our family pet, all we could hear is laughing and loud voices from the lobby area. absolute last thing we want to deal with at that time. staff should be better trained on being empathetic in sensitive situations, especially since they work with families and their pets.

I recently took my beloved pet to Rossland Animal Hospital for a check-up and was blown away by the level of care and attention we received. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease.But beyond their friendly demeanor, the staff at Rossland Animal Hospital are also highly competent and knowledgeable. The veterinarian we saw was thorough and took the time to explain all of our options and answer any questions we had. It was clear that they truly cared about the well-being of my pet.In addition to the excellent care provided by the veterinarian, the entire staff at Rossland Animal Hospital went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed.Overall, my experience at Rossland Animal Hospital was fantastic. The staff's friendly service and highly competent care made for a reassuring and stress-free visit. I would highly recommend Rossland Animal Hospital to anyone in need of quality veterinary care.
