We always enjoy visiting Columbia. A product we often wear...Prices very fair for product.

Asian male clerk just after Christmas was so rude. I understand he may be tired but should know proper customer service, otherwise, the cash position is not for him.

Google Map should provide negative star! Do not go to the Columbia Factory Store in Tanger Outlets! They are providing defective items and the quality is very terrible. Bossy policy in the store. I bought a jacket for my daughter but the zipper is broken only after 5-day wearing!!! And for the poor quality clothes, they only ask you to call Columbia Customer Care, and they only can make return and refund for the clothes with tags on. It’s completely a joke! I think the manager here is always wearing his own clothes with tags HAHAHA! Yes, I called the Columbia Customer Care, and the agent also thought the policy in the store is unacceptable, explained the policy for online shopping and the online shopping service is very good. Yes, the Columbia Factory Store is making me feeling more cold in the winter season.

Bought something in the wrong size, rushed back to the store and got there 1 minute after closing so I could go return it. Staff shrugged and kinda chuckled at me through the glass and told me “too bad” when I asked to return it even though they’d only just closed a minute ago. It’s like an hour bus ride from where I live so I have to make another trip out just to return this jacket. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing one here in the right size and will go to Eddie Bauer instead

I loved it - found the style of hiking shoes that I wanted, staff was available to assist if needed. They were well-stocked and they could probably order in whatever you were looking for. Any day that I can spend under $100 on a decent pair of hiking shoes is a good day.

I wont do shopping at this store again. I bought a pair of winter boot for my toddler and after one week I decided to return them. Brand new and never worn , I just find it is not easy for a toddler to wear this type of boot. Today I went to return them with receipt and original packaging and I was told it was final sale and they don't accept return!!! When I purchased ( one week ago)nobody even mentioned anything about final sale. I am so disappointed with Colombia customer service. I wont go to this store again.

Fab prices and great selection on every style. Men's women's and kids sizing. I find their jackets and sweaters are roomy so I always size down. I love Columbia products, they last, are comfortable and practical.

My wife and I stopped by here while on a trip and purchased a winter jacket from their clearance section. The cashier could not find a price tag so she entered something manually (160.99). When we got home (6 hours away) we found the tag which showed the jacket marked down to $39.98. When I tried to call the store back to rectify the issue I was cut off multiple times by the person on the phone stating that if I wanted a refund I would have to come back to the store.I tried to explain the situation only to be cut off again telling me if I wanted to return I would have to come back to the store.I did not want to return the jacket. I just wanted them to correct the mistake they made. I would of been willing to send them a copy of the receipt and price tag and even receive store credit which I thought would of been a fair compromise but he did not want to help. I’m not going to drive 12 hours to return a jacket because of their mistake.I will not be returning Columbia in the future.

Love Columbia clothing. The quality is very high and prices are good. I often find a great deal. I am not one for buying brand name products but this is the exception. Columbia is my weakness.
