They contacted me before 8 AM, waking both myself and my spouse up. They were calling for debt collection from a lady I do not know. I informed the agent they had the wrong number and that they should not be calling people so early. The agent said he can call anytime he wants and was extremely rude to me, even though I'm not the person he is looking for. I couldn't even ask him to take my number off their list because he hung up on me. If this is how their agents operate and treat innocent people, I definitely wouldn't want to do business with them in any other capacity either.

Have a card that went to collections. This ended up the agency. Mark Paul is my handler. Very rude. Very aggressive. Tries to play good cop to get info from you then straight to bad cop when you don't give him what he wants. Very unprofessional human being uses scare tactics and threatening behaviour when his nice guy act doesn't work. We made a deal to settle. Just called today regarding the matter. He then asked for more information..in particular my banking info (he has asked before which I declined. You don't have to give them this fyi) so he wants all my financial info. How much I make. How much is rent. How much I pay for my bills. I declined again. He became extremely irritated and irate when I said no. Then went on to say they will no longer settle my accounts without this information. A joke!!! I will be talking to my own lawyer because, and I know not much about their legal standpoint...But we made an agreement last week to settle. I have the money to settle. Now they won't settle. I don't think they can even do this. But I will be finding out WHAT EXACTLY they can and cannot do.To sum it up, any interaction I've had with this fellow turns heated and he becomes aggressive and verbally abusive very quickly, as I'm not some mouse that lets these sort just walk all over me. He is unprofessional. Again, tries to be nice and sympathetic to get what he wants out of you. When he can't. Or that isn't working he quickly turns into the hulk. Wolf in sheep's clothing. I really want to go drop off the balance in nickles and dimes straight to his desk.

These people have been calling me for two years about someone ELSE'S debts. I don't know the person who used to own my phone number but for people who are supposed to be smart (lawyers are supposed to be smart, right?) Pomer and Boccia are pretty dumb.Better record keeping and removing people's names when they say they don't know a person might result in a higher rating. Or not.
