What a charming place to stay! Absolutely spotless and clean. The moment you walk into the room you notice the attention to detail. Our host Kevin was so friendly and breakfast was fresh, healthy and perfectly prepared. If I could give it a 10/10 I would! Also a gorgeous view from room 1 with a really nice jacuzzi soaker tub❤️

Great historic building in a perfect waterfront location, a stone's throw from the boardwalk. The rooms are nicely renovated (but keep a traditional look and feel) and are spacious and comfortable, and the harbour view is great. The breakfast room at street level has the feel of an old Inn and tavern. Nice to see a B&B option like this centrally located among the variety of hotels immediately surrounding it.The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with some unexpected options (hand made spring rolls, great locally smoked salmon.) Plush soft towels and deep soaker tubs in the bathroom, and kitchenettes in the rooms are nice if you're staying in town for a few days. You can settle in here comfortably.

My wife and I stayed in Lunenburg for one night and found Sail Inn through an online booking site. In short, we were absolutely blown away! The building is in the heart of old town, within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, and we had a great view of the harbour! The bedroom and bathroom were both quite spacious and (to our relief) we were able to keep cool using the room's AC unit on a particularly hot day. Our breakfast the next morning was super tasty (get a piece of the local smoked salmon if it's available!) and we had a nice chat with the owners who were super friendly.

We stayed in room number 2 on the main floor. Nice view of the water and Bluenose II from the room (see picture), comfortable bed with great linen, huge bathroom with double vanity and fluffy white towels, and included yummy breakfast. All of this for an unbeatable price. Really nothing bad to say about the place, thank you for the amazing stay Kevin and see you again next fall!

Nice place. Spacious, clean and comfortable room and Kevin is a nice host, but most of all... location, location, location! We were one street up from the waterfont with a view of the Bluenose. Can't get any better.

Great tiny little old historic house. Storage is a bit of an issue. The old home also means sound travels easy and so you gotta be real quiet. Breakfast is good.

Cute little inn, impeccably decorated, very spacious, amazing breakfast, lovely hosts and amazing location, just perfect!!
