I called Willow flooring to refinish the floor in our investment property. The response was so fast and even more. Actually, They started the work next day. It is much faster than I expected. The quality is excellent!As a result, I further asked Willow to refinish the floor in my current living house.

He did a fantastic job with installing our wooden floor in the basement and was very efficient and always responsive to communication when needed! Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. William was incredibly helpful with quotes, picking out samples and the final selection of our floor. He worked hard to get our floor ready before we move in. The prices were better than everywhere else that we had quoted. If we need flooring done again or have friends looking we will always use and recommend William flooring.

Willow flooring Ltd. refinished our hardwood floors and the results are AMAZING! We installed this diy hardwood from home depot 15 years ago, after Willow refinished them they now look luxury high end hardwood you would get at a flooring specialty store. We cannot see any of the spaces, dimples in the wood or damaged boards which were there when he started. They obviously have a tremendous amount of pride in their work and are very skilled craftsmen. I would definitely recommend them (and have already) to family and friends.

I hired Will and Arizza to redo my floors in my entire condo, sub floor and vinyl planking with baseboards. They were absolutely incredible through the whole process. Not only did Will work with our schedule, splitting the job in two sessions, but understood and worked with us the whole time. Not to mention they did not try and overcharge me at any point, which has happened to me in the past. The end result is nothing short of perfect and I recommend this company to anyone, no matter the size of job.
