Went in today to pick up a parcel and the man at the counter was rude for zero reason. Checked the other reviews and wasn't surprised. Canada post please stop sending parcels to this unit.

Refused to let me pick up a Canada Post package for a family member even when I showed him we clearly have the same address.

Refuses to release, or even check for my package because I don't have my slip - when there wasn't even one left at my door. He won't even check, even when I offered to personally come in and show proof and ID.Spoke to Canada Post and confirmed they don't need the slip to check. I'm going to send a formal complaint if I find out my package is indeed there and they won't release it.Edit: Canada Post tracking says a notice was left, and this location was my pick up location for packages

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. The customer service at this location is THE worst I have ever dealt with before. One of the workers there was the rudest person I’ve ever met let alone someone working a customer service job. Scanned my lottery ticket and right after I asked him not to rip it as I wanted to keep it he rips in right in front of me and said it’s a loser deal with it and drops the ticket on the counter. I would rather drive in rush hour traffic for an hour to another location rather than going here again. Would give 0 stars if possible and I will be emailing their head office.
