Ottawa customer: First, I will provide a review of the Company followed by my review of the equipment. I highly recommend Dotmar Fitness Equipment!!! In January 2022, I purchased the Stairmaster Stepmill 3 from Dotmar. As I live in Ottawa, no fitness store offered this equipment, so find it difficult to purchase big ticket items online from a company where I have no point of reference. I contacted Dotmar via email on Jan. 10, 2022 inquiring if they ship to Ottawa, and within the hour, Jamie Crane responded with shipping details & provided me with the best shipping cost to Ottawa. Prior to purchasing, I read all the positive reviews which gave me the extra reassurance that this company is a safe bet. On the same day, I proceeded to purchase the equipment, received my shipping tracking number by Jan. 13, & received the equipment on Jan. 14. Dotmar is extremely efficient with their communications with customers and knowledgeable with their equipment. My experience with Dotmar was exceptional and seamless!! Special thanks to Janet Smith who assisted me with the transaction. I highly recommend this company for any fitness equipment you require and would purchase from them again. I have recommended them to a Colleague who lives in the northern region of Quebec, and someone from my gym.Review of the Stairmaster Stepmill 3: I use the commercial version of the equipment at my local gym and couldn't get enough of it. Best type of cardio equipment. This will burn double the calories in much lesser time compared to a treadmill which I used to use. I didn't want to use my treadmill as the belt has worn off & didn't want to be without doing cardio during the January gym lockdown, so I decided to purchase the Stepmill 3, suitable for a home gym that would clear an 8ft ceiling. It was quite easy to set up (3 of us) and took only 45 minutes. This little machine is sturdy and quite powerful for its size. The step height is slightly lower than it's commercial version, but you get used to it pretty fast. As per noise level, off-course it's going to be more obvious at home given the smaller space compared to a gym with very high ceilings and larger space. But if you have to compare the noise level from its commercial counterpart, they are about the same. I usually have my earbuds on at the gym and at home, so I barely hear the sound of the steps rotating. I am still getting used to the dead stop when you press the stop button, the commercial one at the gym slowly" comes to a full stop and the Stepmill 3

I can't say enough about Dotmar's commitment to customer service. After purchasing a set of adjustable dumbbells, we had a communication mixup which prevented me from picking them up. Jamie quickly offered to have them delivered to me to my complete satisfaction and now I can't wait to start using my new equipment.I would highly recommend Dotmar to anyone who's interested in getting the best price and service in the fitness industry. Amazing company! I ordered 4 bumper plates from them yesterday night and was able to pick them immediately the next day. The staff was super helpful loading them into my car and while grabbing everything, I was able to purchase additional plates that were available (and not claimed).Their customer service is also great! They answer their emails pretty quick and were able to offer alternatives for things that were out of stock. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Dotmar has great service, went above and beyond to get me something that was mostly out of stock. Curb side pickup was easy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Truly appreciate these guys. Very transparent and fast communication as well. Great job guys, i'll be back to buy again soon!

Amazing service and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Jamie kept great communication with me when I ordered something that was backordered. Great place to get fitness equipment. Joe helped me and my wife with some new weights for our home gym . He was very accommodating , friendly and had full knowledge of the gear . Definitely going back when I need more gear .

I recommend Dotmar. They offer great products and I ended up ordering wrong and had to cancel and Jamie was very helpful and gave me all the support I needed. It is worthy saying that during the pandemic they were the one of the few stores out there with products available.
