I would not take my yogi anywhere else! To me, its like dropping my child of at a day care. I need to trust the people with his life! All groomers are gentle, kind, caring & professional! Yogi loves going there! I honestly would not take him anywhere else! He deserves the best & they are the best!

Took in my old boy and had Taylor give him a shave. She’s an awesome & gentle groomer! My boy is sensitive, has allergies & rashes and has a hard time trusting people. He absolutely loves her. This salon is so bright & clean, lots of room for dogs to relax or play. Very nice set up and dogs are well behaved. I’m so happy I found this place and that they could take me on as a new client! I’ve searched many - trying to find the right one for my boy and this place is the best in Kelowna.

Taylor is amazing our pup doesn't like strangers and she is so comfortable there. Taylor does amazing work and is awesome with dogs and humans. Also our dogs are free roam with her can't say enough

After having a bad experience at a previous groomer my Pomeranian loved Taylor and she did such a great job with him! He looks adorable and was so happy when I picked him up. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Love this place and more importantly so do my dogs. Very wonderful, caring groomers. You can see dogs being groomed. Dogs stretching out in compfy beds. Love this place.

We just brought our puppy for his first haircut and he was a bit nervous. They took such great care of him he didn’t want to leave when we picked him up. He stayed for almost 2 hours, played his heart out with the other dogs, and passed out in the car on the way home.

Taylor New is hands down the best groomer I have ever worked with in my life. My dog is a senior with lots of extra support needs and Taylor is fantastic with him. She is so kind, gentle, patient and loving and he absolutely adores her! She always does a perfect grooming job and I have never been disappointed in her work. My dog is extremely anxious and he is instantly calm when he sees Tay and goes in her arms. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone, especially if you have a dog with extra support needs. She is truly gifted at her job and a wonderful person too!
