This place is so much fun! There's space for beginners and new to climbing. The staff take excellent care of the facility and manage birthday parties and tons of children so well. Gotta hand it to them for a first experience for a young child, they made it memorable and lasting even though some were afraid of heights. For adults there's so many different options for climbing.

Meh, been to over 50 climbing gyms around the world and this one is by far my least favourite one.Came here for a friend’s screening of his climbing documentary and checked in at the front desk. We asked a couple of questions to the staff and all three of them were completely clueless and had no idea when the event starts and where it would be held at the gym. It’s as if they don’t communicate with each other. The staff served “minimum wage, minimum service” vibes. Not friendly at all. Also, they never took the time to tell us where the lockers and washrooms were. Just basic orientation was lacking.MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Some of the non-climber parents were not watching their kids running around the mats and they all gathered in a corner to have their coffee chats. It’s extremely frustrating when I have to be the person to tell the kids to be careful. WHERE ARE THE STAFF? Y’all need to have at least two people on the floors at all times. I paid to climb, I didn’t pay to watch the kids and get into an argument with parents who know nothing about safety and climbing etiquette. IT’S NOT A DAYCARE.Slab wall was fun, not all climbs were consistent in terms of grading. Some V5s had weird sequence, some moves on certain climbs didn’t make sense. Holds were dirty which I don’t mind, I actually like them. Some Bonuses: Kilterboard, crack climbing wall and treadwall.Safe to say, I won’t be back due to the bad experience.

Nice climbing gym with a special area for children. Auto belay, top rope, lead, bouldering, traverse, etc. Training area with weights, treadmill, spinning bike, rowing machine, hangboards, etc. We found memberships and pricing a bit tricky, but most of the staff were willing to guide us through to get the best deal. There is no charge for rentals for children under 4.

This is a great place to get into bouldering. The beginner level challenges you, compared to other climbing centres where the beginner level is really easy. The space is also really big, with areas for working out and practice, as well as a kids area and party room. There’s also a small restaurant located inside with parfaits etc. the staff are also very helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit for all age groups.

Great rainy day play for your kids! Boulderz has an amazing kids area where they can boulder or climb! My kids 7&3 loved it! There is a slide to get from the top to the bottom. They climbed for 2 hours! We will be back again for sure!

Spacious gym, but they don’t really wash their holds so they’re quite dirty and worn out. There’s a lot of chalk everywhere so it doesn’t seem like they clean the mats often. They got loads of top ropes but limited amount of boulder problems. They got no assisted climb down holes so you gotta use the holes around you to get down which can be quite unsafe. Bouldering problems are just localized to the middle of the gym and a little bit off to the right. Clean bathrooms, and options for food and drinks are great. Staff are really friendly and proactive and making sure you’re having a good time.

I took my 5 year old son here. He had a blast and I had a blast watching him! Fun kids section, along with plenty high walls for kids to climb! He got the hang of using the automatic pulleys within minutes...The place is clean, well-kept and they change the patterns regularly. Friendly staff too. We got a good training session when we got there. Highly recommend this place!

I’d like to start by disclaiming —I visited this gym three times, twice during competition periods. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The gym is quite large, boulders, top rope, as well as lead routes are available. The area is spacious. The washroom and changing room is a shared space for all genders. There’s is an area to wash your feet. I must confess I found this quite novel. Nevertheless, I was repeatedly flummoxed by my inability to acquire a bagel with cream cheese. From what I gathered only certain members of the staff are qualified to “cook” food. What I couldn’t comprehend was by what schedule these highly trained individuals abide by. The first time I attempted to order a bagel with cream cheese was around 8:30 am on November 23rd. I was told the chef comes in at 9:30. A day later, I arrived around 10:30 and was told that no employe capable of making a bagel with cream cheese would be coming in that day today. I’d like to add that pre-prepared cold food was readily available. I found the whole ordeal somewhat comedic.
