I've had some things in storage here for a couple years now, the staff have always been helpful and professional. Recently I had some issues accessing my account on their website, I spoke with a young woman named Robin who was an absolute pleasure to talk to and sorted out my issues right away. Would recommend.

Not bad for the price, I'd say. Only problem is that my door latch doesn't close properly to fit the lock that I bought from the office, so that's a bit annoying. My unit has some deep black grease or dirt or disintegrated rubber that was left by a previous tenant, so next time I'd be going in understanding that I might need to clean the floor before putting stuff in. (They use a leaf blower to clean" it but

Great service, from the staff on the phone to in person support. They have been really great with explaining everything, and the hours that they are open (until 10pm everyday) is super helpful and convenient. They are located right outside of the west end of the city which was very close to my home so location was the main reason I chose this place. Very secure, code gate, locked doors, and you get to choose your own lock. Will definitely use this storage place again if I ever need to.
