Very disappointed in our experience at BP’s this evening. We went to the Blue Jay’s home game “Viewing Party” and what an underwhelming experience it was. The bartenders had no idea of what was going on including what food and drink specials were happening. We had to ask more than two times to put on the Blue Jay’s game and volume on the big screen TV. The service was very slow. And we had to ask what was happening with their draws and prizes. It ended up being one winner after the game, but was nothing at all like the promotions were advertising. Such an underwhelming experience for a home opener viewing “party”. Very disappointed.

Coming from someone that has an eating disorder and struggles when it comes to dining out.Actually, I usually just avoid it.I've lived in the neighborhood for over 6 years, and this was my first time here.Never been to Boston Pizza so this was also my first time at this chain.Had to go as it was a business lunch.To my complete surprise, the anxiety I normally feel and anticipated was very much bearable, and I was able to ignore it.This is mostly because of the atmosphere, i.e., no loud pounding music and no overwhelming smells of food.The menu was super easy to choose from, and I was able to select what I consider my safe" foods. Those living with ED will understand this concept.In all

Boston pizza is always a go to for me, but when I was here, my mom ordered something gluten free since she has celiac disease. When we got our food she took a bite and thought, wow this is the best tasting gluten free bun"

I ordered online a pepperoni pizza for pickup, the service was really really good however the pizza itself is not a 5. I was expecting a better cheese pull and the slices were a little spreaded out. Taste was really good tho. Overall really good, definitely recommended!!

Just enjoyed a meal as a family of 4. Worst service we have ever received. Well I guess there really was no service. Took 25 mins to receive drinks got with our meals. Nobody came back to askHow the food was. Nobody cleared plates or checked on drinks. Had to wave a manager down for more drinks. He looked annoyed that we even asked him. The whole outing was a complete disappointment. Side note there were only three tables full in the entire restaurant.

A newer Boston pizza located on the outer edge of Regina. I had the pleasure of visiting this location on a road trip from Lethbridge to Winnipeg. Staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. Food was as expected and typical for any Boston Pizza. I would recommend this place to any hungry cross country traveler

We recently went to this Boston Pizza for their Blue Jays home opener party. We preregistered for the party online and the promotions looked like it would be a great night of good deals and fun prizes to win. None of the servers knew anything about the promotions and we ended up missing out on the specials as none of the servers knew about them. When they realized they had made a mistake we were still charged extra and no apology given. We were told to wait around for the end of the game for the “prizes and more” we stuck around and they pulled 1 persons name out and they won a cup. Very misleading as the advertisements promoted so many amazing things. We even had to ask the server to put on the blue jays game, the whole reason why we went. Very disappointed in the managements communication with their servers and the way the potentially very fun event did not live up to its full potential.
