I would give 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for the way its managed. I have been a frequent customer for 6 years. Things get moved around too much. The information/price labels are hard to see. I have to bend down on one knee just to see a price. This is not an easy task.There have been a lot of issues with 'The Scanning Code Of Conduct where you get the item free if it scans in wrong. Sometimes I get a hassle when I call them out on this.My biggest problem there is they refuse to stock some basic items like canned pears

I have been a dedicated customer to this location. visiting the store multiple times a week. Today I went in and grabbed a basket. did my shopping and used the self checkout, something they encourage people to do. While at the self checkout the security guard stood behind me and watched me scan everything and pay. As I turned to leave he demanded I show my receipt. Of course, I had paid for everything. On previous visits I have witnessed the security guards very obviously follow customers through the store and chase them out, thinking they stole. I have yet to see them catch anyone stealing but they definitely know how to chase away loyal customers.

Kind of a dirty storeEven the cashiers numbers are cracked and oldHopefully the new owners will take better care of this storeI love no frillsHowever this one had a very poor coffee selection but then again, the area may just not have the demand for it like my normal no frills store. There were lots of empty spots for products ....Meats section was turning colours so skipped that alsoGot what I needed and left

My favourite grocery store in London. This big city store may be smaller but it makes up for it with its small town hospitality and friendly staff!!!! And there is always a good deal to be found!!!

Never used to shop at this location due to previous bad experiences. Had to run in just recently and it has gotten a lot better in there. Items were stocked staff friendly. Probably won't go back just because it's far out of the way

Self check out what a joke they watched me scan everything but still got the security guard to check my receipt and he tried telling me I only had 4 items are on there when in FACT all 5 were he just didn't know how to read the receipt. Tried to argue with me over it, I let him keep the receipt and I walked away. Sorry but If you are that worried of people stealing, DO NOT have self check out !! Easy enough!

I don’t normally shop at this no frills but went there so I could use my pc points. Unfortunately the cashier made a mistake and despite my making it clear twice that I wanted to use points to pay my bill she charged the full amount to my credit card. The manager then told me the store policy is that they will not refund more than 10.00. My bill was for 93.00. The manager very condescendingly told me to have a nice day.

Returned a air fryer which I purchased the previous week because it was too small and I was informed that this store had a no return policy for electronic items.At the time of purchase I was not informed of their policy, if I had know I could have purchased the same item at Shoppers, Canada Superstore or Loblaws.Gave the clerk my phone number, stating I wanted to speak with the owner 13 days later he/she has not called me.
