Had take out dinner tonight, and Connor helped us. He was quiet, polite, and a great maker of sandwiches. He’s been the most pleasant subway employee I’ve ever come across in grande prairie/peace region. He needs a raise, and one week paid vacation stat. He was apologizing way to much over super small miscommunications, that shouldn’t happen. I’ve managed retail for over 10 years, he needs a raise if he’s gunna be treated so badly by customers or others. He felt the need to apologize over nothing while serving us. Workers like him need to be appreciated and followed through by an action of gratitude. Keep up the good work Connor! Thanks for the delicious sub!Ps.The price of subs is ridiculous now. So I’m sure you can afford to give that kid a raise.

Focus on the customer in front of you instead of interrupting them to ask a coworkers something or looking at customers still in line that haven’t even ordered yet. Girl was so distracted she had to ask me three times to repeat myself. Literally the basics of customer service and they’re failing at it.06/26/23 edited to add my coworker had just gone through the whole process and was at the till ready to pay when they pulled the cashier who was halfway through ringing him up and sent him to work drive through. Left coworker standing there 5 full minutes (he timed it) before he gave up and walked out without his food. What are you guys doing over there.

Try to make you tip. Forcefully pushing the debit machine at you without saying anything while trying to tap pay. Totally rude. Never again.

Stay away from this one! Staff are u trained and literally have no clue how to make a sub. Been there a few times and they are so cheap with their meats and veggies, total rip off!!

Ordered pick up for lunch, when I got there they hadn’t made it yet because of how busy it was but the nice gentleman started working on it right away and also gave me a free cookie and said I could choose any drink from the cooler and was very apologetic!

Every time I go to this subway the service is amazing, the workers are always nice and the food is fresh, it doesn’t matter if you catch them closing or if you just didn’t know what you want they will be patient and serve you no matter what!

Disorganized and slow considering the number of people working. I don't think the employee new how to cut the bread at the halfway point. Thus a six inch was a four inch. Place needs to improve on teamwork and quality assurance. I'm guessing the owner not in uniform was working the cash while the employee was taking orders and prepping the sandwich. There should be one prepping the bread and one prepping the sandwich. There was only four people ahead of me. Took 20mins for a four inch sub.
