Very disappointed in the people this company chooses to have employed for them. I was driving down Fraser heading home and went to change lanes with my signal on in advance and the driver of the herc rental truck not only tried to cut me off but then proceeded to blare his horn at me. Did this again to me just a couple minutes later down the same street. Not at all a good look for the company. I know where I will never be going for any of my rental needs. I didn't manage to get the licence plate of the driver but he was a middle age caucasian male with a very bad attitude. At the end of the day the business comes down to the people working for it, do better herc rentals!

The team here is great, they were friendly and helpful. When I told them I was late in returning the machine I rented because I couldn't come by before they closed they cut me a break on the bill, highly recommend.
