Had a wedding to go, and was clueless as to what I wanted to look like. The sales girl put my whole outfit together, showed me how to wear it and everyone in that store made me feel so beautiful. All of these ladies are amazing!

Had a wonderful experience last night at Honey. Needed a dress for a high school semi-formal & the manager Kavita was so kind & helpful & friendly. She made the “ yes to the dress” challenge a breeze. It was a 3 generational shopping experience & we found the perfect dress that everyone was over the moon with. And it was under $100.00 too! Woo Hoo!Thanks Kavita. You rock!!❤️

The girls working here do not make any effort to help you or make any genuine connection with you. They have terrible social skills, they need to work on developing more genuine personalities. They will lie lie lie just to sell.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t tell me that the dresses were final sale and non-refundable. Had to wait a long time for someone to help me. Also is WAYYYYY TOO OVERPRICED.

Honestly one of the worst retailers and locations. I ordered a dress online and it came with a sleeve stitched inside out. The staff did not seem to care at all, and offered in store credit. When asked about a full refund was told it has to go through “online” as they had no affiliation with there online store? As I looked at other dresses I could exchange it for nobody came to assist me and there was no assistance as I tried on these dresses as they wouldn’t have “made any sales”. The dresses were terrible and I decided to just keep my defected original dress. As stated “the best they could do was give me a 10% coupon for stitch it”. Never have had a good experience here go anywhere but honey. Terrible service Wish I could give this 0 stars.

By far the best Honey store in the GTA. The customer service at this store is fantastic, and the sales reps are so kind, which is unlike other honey stores I have been to.Also, Thank you Sophia for your help!! :)

Josh helped my niece find her prom dress today. He was a great help and gave us an incredible customer service experience for such a milestone. Thank you so much!

If you ever get a chance to go to Honey in Sherway, make sure you ask for Josh! Such incredible customer service skills! I took my daughters in to look for a graduation dress for their Grade 8 grad, and he found them the dresses of their dreams! He went through the store with them and picked them out some dresses, telling them, “You need more than one dress when dress shopping. That’s what makes it fun!” We loved you Josh! Thank you so much for making their grad dress dreams come true!

When you vish Honey , please request for Josh. He is the BEST! I needed a dress for a gala. Josh supported me throughout the process. Best customer service from Josh. I did not feel rushed, he styled me honestly. And I loved it!

Disclaimer: we did not end up buying the beautiful dresses we tried on but had a great experience nevertheless.Josh was the best stylist we could have asked for, he listened, was not too pushy, and picked out the best dresses for our goal of guests to a beach/ barn wedding. We will be back for future shopping endeavours. Thanks for leaving us feeling so beautiful and confident Josh!
