Went here to buy tiles. Had nice service on the order take where I was informed that they didn't have my choice in the store but had sufficient stock in the WH and to expect them to be available for them to be delivered in 1 week or 2 weeks worst case.The were happy to take a 50% deposit to secure this order.I waited two weeks for a callback on the order but didn't get any so I called them. The associate said they hadn't received the order yet and someone would call me back right away. Nobody called me so I had to call again.To find out that a mistake was made on inventory and they can't honor the order.They were nice enough to find the stock at another store however I had to take to off work to run around to get the quantity secured with a deposit. But still, lost time on my part and rescheduling of my project because they don't know their own inventory.To top it all off, I had to drive all the way back to cancel my order and get my deposit back.One of my worst experiences in recent memory and no real apologies offered . Given the mistake with inventory and the reason given that I had to be at the store to cancel my order, seems like their systems date back a decade or so.Unacceptable and I doubt I'll ever go back to any La Tuilerie.

Specialty store. Pricer then your classic hardware store (Rona, Reno, Home hardware). Excellant choices and variety. Higher quality tiles as well.Accessories and tools for installation are also available to purchase.Great service support, inventory is a bit messy.

Update: this place has unmatched customer service. It’s crazy. They are so warm and patient (Annie is great). They even have a really good return policy. Wish I had bought more stuff from them.Good selection. Was greeted quickly. I have no experience purchasing here, rating based on store visit.

The quality of the products is really nice, the staff is knowledgeable. They also sell schluter products. They could increase the number of staff. It can take some time to get service.

I walked in there today and waited 27 minutes. Nobody came to greet me, nobody acknowledged my existence. Receptionist/cashier walked by me without asking me if I needed anything, and another lady sitting at her desk in an office just ignoring me as well. I'm in the retail business and my employees are trained to focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE! I feel sorry for the owner as he probably doesn't have an idea how few incompetent employees can affect sales and reputation of a business. They perhaps missed a sale for 6358 sq/ft of tiles. So frustrating to have people that don't care running the show"! I walked out."

UPDATE: I down-rated my review to one star as the company stated in their reply that they would contact me, trying to look good to the public, and they have not bothered to do so. Those of you who do purchase tiles from them should verify each box to ensure none are broken or chipped like mine were.I purchased all my tiles for my kitchen, powder room and entrance renos and was extremely disappointed to have received many tiles that were either completely broken or chipped. Wasted over $150 just in tiles. Also, was told a specific quantity of tiles for backsplash was in stock, paid for them, only to discover that the stock in the computer was wrong and needed to wait for a refund. I am honestly very disappointed and would not recommend the store.
