We got a great deal on twin mattresses for our new bunk beds and our girls love them.We bought a similar mattress for our son's bed from Leon's and it was SO uncomfortable compared to these (and more expensive) we ended up changing his as well.Will definitely be back for our bed when time comes.

At first glance everything was nice, the sales person working with me was a bit rude a few times though. After getting home and trying out the mattress I’ve found that it feels nothing like the one in the store (yes, I’ve waited a few weeks to try and adjust,) and it’s also VERY uncomfortable.Lastly, there is not return policy at all!! I wasn’t told this by my sales rep, I was told that there was a warranty but there was no other explanation. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bought from Mattress Mattress at all!So now I’m stuck with a $1100 mattress that is causing me pain and I cannot afford a new one because the sales person couldn’t do their job.Don’t waste your time buying from here, never trust a store that doesn’t let you make returns or exchanges.Honestly if I could give this store zero stars, I would.

Great prompt service. No pressure to up sell and got next day delivery. Very knowledgeable staff helped me pick out a mattress that gives me a great sleep. Robin and Masee were fantastic associates! Came back to the store just to thank them.

Me n my friend went there in jan, and when I had all the my money to buy a mattress they told me they couldn’t give my friend his money back because he had previously bought me a mattress for the night and we returned it the next day, and they were telling me to give him my money to pay him back and I didn’t like that, and the lady told me to get off the mattress that I was trying said I would mess it up, but I have seen other people laying on the beds earlier, I will not come back it still bothers me after 2 months.

The associates at Mattress Mattress St. Albert Trail are second to none. They listen to you. Don't up sell. I came away with an adjustable bed I never knew I needed so badly for body pain. All within my price point. I recommend them to everyone.

Bought a twin bed for our son today. Very knowledgable staff, very helpful and kind, he even helped strap it to the top of our vehicle. We chose this store because last year we bought ourselves a king size bed from here. The staff in the store and the delivery crew were also wonderful. Thank you so much!

We went to this store location mid last week, with the intent to look at mattresses and bases. Robin met us and through his dedication, knowledge and thorough informative approach, without the high pressure sales pitch, we made a significant purchase and were very pleased. Amazing service from Tom. Patient, gave us space, no pressure and showed us the differences between firm, medium, and soft as well as gave us a briefing on the different kinds of mattresses. Great selection of affordable mattresses too. The ONLY huge downside is the return/exchange policy.... (there is none..)
