Great location, even better food ! the lobster roll was outstanding ! The entire development is really outstanding, I flew in for a couple days and wanted to check out the Blackbush development, I was scheduled to meet up with Olin for a tour but the developer, Tim Banks dropped by our meeting. I ended up on a private tour of the property with Tim, there is a great history to this entire project. There is nothing on the island that has this kind of vision and amenities coupled with the location. Definitly worth a visit if you are on the Island.

Ugly building that can be described as an eyesore at best and an ecological disaster for the local area at worst. All the locals were against this but money gets what money wants.
