Pete has been doing our our apartment complex for years now. He's one of those owner/operators that takes great pride in his work. He'll explain exactly what he recommends and why, and does whatever it takes till you're satisfied. A real pro. Reasonably priced, too!

They did a fantastic job. I had my couches and carpet cleaned. The carpet and couches looked brand new by the time they were done. Not only that, but it turned out to be a little more work than expected, but they didn't charge me extra. The guys were fair from start to finish.

Pete and his assistant did a great job cleaning all of the carpets in our house. There were some stains that I thought would never come out but they were able to clean all of them. They were on time and very polite. I will hire them again and will refer to friends.

I talked with Pete on Tuesday, and had a great conversation with him. He had excellent prices and seemed to have a great understanding and pride in what he does. He said he was able to keep his prices down because he didn't deal with all the overhead that the larger companies have. We set up an appointment for him to clean the carpets this morning. He called to confirm yesterday evening, and I confirmed the time we were scheduled. He said he would be there between 9:30 and 10:00. He said he had a short job beforehand, but would be there straight after. The I hired him for job was for a new home, and it would be empty. The big moving day is tomorrow, and they wanted to have the carpets deep cleaned before their big move in.This morning came and went, and he never showed up. Both myself and my son in law tried reaching out to him, and left voice messages. I'm the kind of person who likes to give people the benefit of the doubt, and was praying that he wasn't finding himself in some sort of life emergency. After calling twice, and leaving a text, our phone calls were automatically forwarded to voicemail. There was ZERO response, or explanation of what happened; we were just left hanging. I tried callng another local company to see if they could help us in this pinch. Sadly, they were not able. But, when I told this other company my story, they asked what company stood us up, and were not surprised when I told them it was Sunshine. He wasn't bad mouthing anyone, but commented that he's come across this before. I asked how Sunshine could have a 4.9 star review average, and he told me that sometimes people just have their friends do the revioews and may give them a discount. Then I checked the reviews and noticed that there were only 27 reviews, so this could be possible.Well, this is my real deal review of my unfortunate experience trying to use Sunshine Carpet Cleaning. I wish it could have been a good one. We resorted to using a Bissell type of deep clean and shampooing carpet cleaner. It's better than nothing. They're planning on removing the carpet next year anyways.Sad and irritating experience.

I have used this company several times at several different homes I have owned and they have always done a good job with a fair price. I always recommend them!

Sunshine carpet care was on time and walked through their plan. They did an amazing hob. Very polite and friendly. The carpets had stains and they got them all out. The price was great to. Pete is an expert at extracting the dirt & most of the moisture. My carpet was dry the same day and looks new again! No streaks, no dirt...just clean everywhere! Call PETE - You will not be disappointed!!

Pete does excellent work. very reasonable on price, and doesn't give you the runaround. He will tell you what he thinks and is straight to the point. Very professional and will do better than Stanley steamer any day of the week. Thanks again Pete
