Lawrence Clemens is not a honest person. Funds were mistakenly sent to him thru PayPal and he did not return the funds to the proper person. He did not return emails or phone calls concerning the funds after I spoke with him on messenger and told him the reason I was contacting him. People be aware of Lawrence Clemens Photography because you could be his next victim. This incident happened June 2019.
