The Log Tavern 2.0 had a great menu, delicious food, and friendly service! In fact, it was so good that my family and I dined there twice during our week long vacation in Nestor Falls! The pizzas and perogies are fantastic, as are the buggers and fish and chips!! This restaurant will be very high on our list when we return next summer!!

Great burger and quesadilla, owner was very engaging on his plans for the future. Nice patio and relaxed place to enjoy Sunday stop.

The Log Tavern 2.0
This is not the old Log Tavern 2.0, it's under new management this year and has been renovated and looks great.Lots of parking and is accessible via the ramp onto the patio and then into the restaurant.Open for breakfast at 7 am and for lunch with a nice varied menu, and also service for the evening crowd until 2 am.An extensive bar selection and a large choice of over 30 beers to choose from. A number from Lake of the Woods brewing company too!The meal was hot and delicious, I had fish and chips while my partner had a chicken wrap with fries, both were delicious. The fish was real walleye and was a large serving of two big fillets.Worth the stop in Nestor Falls or as a destination for a morning or afternoon trip. The price for two to dine includes beverages.

The Log Tavern is a warm and welcoming place to stop for some rustic grub. My husband and I were camping at the nearby Caliper Lake Campground, and made the short drive to Nestor Falls for breakfast. It was a quiet weekend, so we were the only folks dining that morning. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Good music playing, with a variety of sports muted on the big screens. Our food was quick, generous portions, tasty and piping hot. This isn't a gourmet or fancy place to eat, but they'll make sure you're happy, full, and refill your coffee to go when you leave.I don't know if our travels will ever bring us back to this area, but if they do, I'll come back to The Log Tavern to eat.

The Log Tavern 2.0
Beautiful lodge with lots of rustic decor. The bathrooms are clean and the food was good and the staff were accommodating and friendly. We sat on the patio with our dog and the view was beautiful - we saw a bald eagle flying overhead. We also had a nice visit while we ate with a local man who runs a lodge.

This cosy place is wonderful with a beautiful ambiance. Open 7 days a week. Service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back for more enjoyable meals in the future.

Very friendly and definitely the best burger I have ever had (Chili Popper Burger) Even ordered a pizza to pick up later for dinner! Will definitely be returning!

The Log Tavern 2.0
Have been coming to Nestor Falls for decades. The five stars here is because when it comes to food in Nestor Falls—it’s better here better than other local restaurants—fresh and homemade. Easy to miss this spot, but if you want a good meal in town, it’s my preferred. Broad and typical menu. Service is great…just no windows to the lake.
