I went out for the first time in a long time. Had a good night till I showed the Dj a song on my phone if he could play it. Like most djs do the take the phone look and put it on queue. But he didn’t give me my phone back. I was told to wait till closing. I waited 2 hours till closing. And they still didn’t give it back accusing me of throwing my phone at him. And that I disrespected him?? That was not my intentions at all. They told me to come back tomorrow Sunday? When there closed???? I had to call. 911 on my friends boyfriends phone to try and get my phone back to be able to get home. Honestly this Place looks nice, but the Dj/owner and his buddy security guards are rude people. Do not go here.

It's a nice bar, the bartenders are simply awesome. I went on Saturday night so it was house music night. I didn't recognize the music but good beat to dance. It's very dark in there so bit hard to see. I enjoyed my time there. I tried to order food at midnight but the bartender said it was too late. I was hoping to try grill cheese. I read somewhere it was good, but I didn't get that chance. It's a 4.5 stars in my book.I wanted to add that the bartender was very honest in returning an extra bill to me when I didn't notice them stuck together. I highly appreciate this because recently I was at another bar a dozen blocks away when the bartender short changed me when I gave him a hundred dollar bill claiming I only have him a fifty.

Aestheticly the decor and lighting was cool, less aesthicly was the amount of broken glasses in the women's washroom on the counter and floor...

We enjoyed every single moment here. We were the first group to visit, thought there were only us but just a few minutes later, it was full of people and everyone was cheering and partying. Good vibe and awesome staff. Highly recommended guys.

Absolutely disappointed by the owner/DJ, Blair Junior. If you go to The Bower, be aware that Blair might think it’s totally fine and legal to take your phone away from you if you “disrespect him” by requesting a song while he is DJ’ing. My friend had the unfortunate incident of having her phone taken away by Blair because she requested him to play a song. She in no way tried to be rude whatsoever. She was having a wonderful time and really wanted to hear a specific song. He could have politely declined to this request.Blair is completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and entitled. He refused to give her phone back “until the end of the night,” and then proceeded to keep it anyways “until tomorrow” because my friend got upset. I think it’s completely reasonable to get upset over having your phone taken away. Especially when you need to get home by Uber. Even the security guys thought this was a completely normal occurrence and acted as if my friend was in the wrong for being upset. Sine when is taking people’s property considered normal?Learn some maturity and respect instead of trying to take young girls’ phones because you feel “disrespected.” Absolutely shocking behaviour. Check out their trip advisor reviews, similar behaviour has been shown before (since 2018)

I was treated like a total VIP! I called ahead to get on the guest list and was offered both the list and a table. When my friends and I arrived, the door staff was so friendly and took me to our table. Our waitress was gorgeous and awesome. Cocktails and music were both delicious. The couches and lamps were such a cool touch. I love this place. I am so happy I stumbled upon it randomly. This is a MUST go. I also love the sneaky entrance.

Booked reservations via email, response was super prompt. Arrived and found free parking nearby. We were seated quickly at a small table for two. Good starting position. We ordered cocktails, an old fashioned and chameleon rum drink, they were perfect. So we also ordered the olives and tomato crostini, a perfect lil snack, and the basil was fresh. Our hostess was absolutely fantastic and got us a booth which was facing the dance floor. Where the DJ was spinning it up with a wide array of music. So we could hit the dance floor at any moment, then settle back in for a refreshment. The bartender was on point and by about 2330 the place was packing up. The atmosphere is unreal, the various seating areas are one of the best parts about it. I will go back on a single date, or a group of friends. The price matches what you get out of the experience. Worth every penn... nickel. It's only open a couple nights a week. And that works for me. So make an excuse and go if you haven't, and let me know how the grilled cheese is.. Cheers

Stopped by the other day with a group of friends they we're booked up but they let us sit for a quick drink, the manager was great. I will be stopping by again
