Recently completed the course online and I was quite pleased with how easy it was to get into and learn the necessary information. The staff was quick on the correspondence as well, usually returning my emails within a 24 hour span. If there was any improvement suggestions I would say, maybe add some practice or mockup tests/exams on the site. This course was very disappointing i did the whole course and when i completed i tried to book an exam and it was a nightmare. I attempted the online exam and the link crashed on their end. I tried to rebook and they never responded 2-3 times I am furious, lost 3 jobs because I couldnt do my license exam. Do not recommend this course it is long and support is terrible.
